lsst.ts.wep.task.peakNormalize(stamps)

Divide each stamp’s wep_im by its peak, in place.

Danish’s flux and sky-level parameters are scale dependent, and the flux starting guess is clipped to [1e3, 1e8]: an unnormalized LATISS stamp sums to ~1e9, so the fit starts far off and stops early. Stamps with peak ~1, as ts_wep <= 15.1.0 produced, fit properly.

Only wep_im is touched; stamp_im keeps the ADU pixels.

Raises:

ValueError – If a stamp has no finite positive peak.
